Application:

Needle flame tester consists of a needle flame burner, a working chamber and a temperature measuring device.

The needle flame test apparatus is use needle-shaped burner of a predetermined size (0.9 mm), with a specific gas (butane or propane) ,the sample is fired at a 45-degree angle. Depending on whether the test piece and the ignition bedding layer are ignited and the ignition time and the length of the combustion are used to assess the fire risk of the small flame caused by the fault condition inside the equipment.

Needle flame tester is suitable for detecting the flame retardant properties of electronic components, electrical components, mechanical parts, injection molded parts and other electrical products.
